About 1.5' tall, with pale pink sepals and petals.
Growing in a sphagnum moss bog in the piedmont area of SC.

It's at Ashmore Heritage Preserve, off of highway 11, about a 40 minute drive from Rosman. I'd be happy to meet up with you there some time and show you the place. I go with my daughter every Saturday morning; about to head out to go there this morning. It's a truly beautiful and biologically diverse preserve.
Where is the location..is it in a park? I'll be at my cabin near Rosman NC in a few weeks and would like to see the bog..it looks pretty close.
Yep! There are Sarracenia rubra jonesii, Drosera rotundifolia, and Utricularia cornuta, all within a stone's-throw.
Nice find! Were there any carnivorous plants in there?
