What is the species of caterpillar? What types of wasps feed on this particular type of caterpillar?

Larva in indicates that it might be a complete metamorphosis
Judging from the green wasp larva and the pieces of the nest I think I see, I say the wasp is a Potter or Mason Wasp in the subfamily Eumeninae see then here:

The cats look to me like some kind of inch worm so that would mean they are in the Geometrid Moths family:
