It's a very pretty Tortoise Beetle of some kind. I don't know exactly what it is. It seems to me ( I'm not an expert ) very similar to Stolas lacordairei lacordairei

Also, to Chelymorpha cribraria which comes in two different color forms which I've photographd here in Miami.
