@Mayra, Hanno thank's you, @LarryGraziano, I' m sorry I ' m none about this plant, maybe you are right, this is Calathea, I will try to gain information.

Although the link above in the spotting suggestion says Heliconia this is not. It is a Calathea. You can also change the notes to reflect that so it doesn't show up in searches. I still love this spotting. Lovely! I just saw some for the first time here in Southern Costa Rica yesterday.

Maaf, mungkin saya kurang menjelaskan kemarin.

Terima kasih!

Oneng, now all you have to do is change the name and genus/species of this spotting. It is real easy. Just click "Edit" on the top right corner of the spotting. Once inside the spotting as the first time you loaded you can edit the name and genus and reference link.

I am in complete agreement with S. Frazier. This is the Rattlesnake plant. It is in the Calathea family. Here is a Noah link: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/761...

Hello OnengDyah. Was this taken at the Bogor Kebun Raya/Botanical Garden? If so, please add that to the Habitat or notes. Thanks

Whereas this plant is similar to Heliconia sp., and in at least one case (see suggestion) it is called such, in fact it is in another plant family all together.
