Spotting

Description:

This has shiny round green leaves that vary around 1-3 inches. Below each individual leaf is a thin green stem. The stem is above these round ball-like structures that are somewhat hard. Attached to the ball-like structures are the roots which are brown hair-like strands that float in the water.

Habitat:

This plant has been grown in the little fish pond in my backyard. It seems to float on the surface of the water.
