Description:

Observed in northern Washington in late December, munching away at sprouts. I would love some help identifying. Its body was *about* four inches long.

It's really hard to say. Mouse of the other mouse species are white bellied. This looks more gray. The leg does look shorter but I only see one angle.

Thanks Jellis! I was sort of leaning toward a jumping mouse myself...though I'm not convinced the feet are large enough (3rd photo). What do you think?
