Lichen

These lichens were all growing on an old disused van in a friends orchard. The patterns and colours fascinate me. When I went home to Devon last year I spent a wonderful time photographing the derelict vehicles and the lichens. I've tried to identify these but some look so similar that I thought it best to leave it to the experts ... so fingers crossed ... I think they might be Lichen squamulose but not sure if they would grow on painted metal
