I dont think it's the same species, for an example the one is a tree, while the other is a creeping bush or ivy...
You should separate the plants in to 2 different spottings (an if possible, take a closer pic of the bush, to have a better look of the leaves). The tree is for sure an Acer negundo variegatum 'Flamingo cultivar'.
