Cellana tramoserica
An aquatic gastropod mollusc with an oval shaped conical shell. The shell has coloured ridges and lines radiating from the apex. the striking feature of this limpet is the orange margin. Seen attached to rocks with barnacles.

It feeds on microalgae and forages on rocks where sometimes it is known to crush baby barnacles by running them over !

Thanks Bernadette. I did have a few other photos which would have showed the colours better but they ended up fuzzy..
Nice spotting! I like the colored stripes around the edges.
