I found one similar to yours last week, http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/110... But with these hybrids they can be super variable. Yours has more white on it, but in the Google images there is one just like yours that shows up at the very top.
This bird doesn't have leucism. This is a Canada Goose x Swan Goose (domestic) hybrid. You can tell by the abnormally huge body that a Canada Goose would never have. Google this hybrid and you will find pictures that look exactly like your pictures.
