Thanks for trying, S Frazier. I don't know where to start IDing geckos but your reference is a good way to start learning.
I was going to suggest the "Luzon karst gecko" (Gekko carusadensis) but I am not sure now after looking at image in the paper descriobing it http://people.ku.edu/~camsiler/PDFs/2010...
