Scorpion

Liocheles waigiensis

Habitat:

Found in a tropical savannah habitat under a fallen log. This species was also found in the rainforest inhabiting a tree where it lived under the bark and would come halfway out at night. The single tree contained many individuals.

Notes:

very small stinger and the scorpion was only 2-3cm long.
