Here is your answer..
"Euproctis was a dustbin genus in Lymantriidae. Following the treatment of the Borneo Lymantriidae (now Lymantriinae) by Holloway, Euproctis now roughly equates to the tribe Nygmiini, which contains rather a diverse range of genera, including Arna, Artaxa, Nygmia, Orvasca, Somena, Toxoproctis, Lacida, Rhypotoses and "Euproctis" (with species whose correct generic placement remains unresolved)"

Thanks Nuwan, your suggestions sure looks like a better match.
By the way, why is Euproctis not a valid genus?
EOL and Wikipedia seems to be keeping that genus.
Euproctis is not a valid genus, this could be Orvasca, Somena or some other genus of the tribe Nygmiini
