Spotting

Description:

Perennial plant. Have had this in my garden for several years but don't remember planting it. I'm sure I did, though, probably from seeds I got somewhere for free. First few years it didn't do much. Last year it started flowering, multiple small dark pink & white flowers.

Notes:

Always one of the first things to start growing in my garden. In fact, it almost doesn't seem to die back over winter. But it seems happy to stay the size it is, it hasn't needed much trimming to control it. Obviously not poisonous, because my cat loves to munch on it and he hasn't been made I'll by it yet. He makes a beeline to it whenever I let him out, even before visiting the catnip.
