I have this stuff all over my yard. Am I dealing with poison ivy?

Definitely poison ivy.
Indeed it does look like poison ivy...besides the shape of leaves and the rule of three... the vine will look like it has hairy roots on it...and urushiol oil which is the plant product that causes skin irritation turns black when exposed to oxygen.
