It looks similar to the fungus Tremella mesenterica although in my spottings is more yellow. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/830... I can see on the twig, I think, another fungus that seems to belongs to the genus Peniophora. T. mesenterica parasite Peniophora so it is easy to find them togetherLamento no "falar" portugues, pruebo en español por si te resulta mas facil que el ingles.
