It looks similar to the fungus Tremella mesenterica although in my spottings is more yellow. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/830...
I can see on the twig, I think, another fungus that seems to belongs to the genus Peniophora. T. mesenterica parasite Peniophora so it is easy to find them together

Parece Tremella mesentérica, un hongo parásito de otros hongos del genero Peniophora. En las imagenes que muestras se ven unas manchas blancas en las ramas del arbol que parecen un hongo Peniophora al que estaría parasitando T. mesenterica
