Notes:

A brown reptile bigger than a H. lizard. A black streak on the sides and a red one below it and a dotted unclear line on its back. No tail when I spotted it.

This is a skink. It has dropped it' s tail as a defensive strategy to distract whatever attacked it. Lizards can regrow their tails so, maybe this one will too.
