Small flower, one inch in diameter. Had 5 petals. Very vibrant bright yellow. Only was growing about 1-2 inches off the ground. Several small shafts growing out of the inner part of the flower

Habitat:

In a field. Near a fence. Growing with grass. Several other flowers were growing in the near area
