Female and Male Orchard Oriole

Description:

First...Yellow on main body and wings are brownish with white spots...the Second one...is Dark ..brown or black..with rusty color on chest and wings...both were viewed tending to the same nest...which you see below the second bird..in the picture. The nest was pouchlike...any ideas?

Southern LA
