Look to be nymph stage of such mimic Katydid...

This is a katydid young nymph. They have typical long antennae. I guess this one is a lichen mimic. When adult it has functional wings and is sometimes called a longhorned (long antennaed) grasshopper.
Looks like half the bug, haha.
