The great cormorant is a large black water bird.Males are typically larger and heavier than females.They nest in colonies near wetlands, rivers, and sheltered inshore waters.
Spotted in the river Douro shores.They have a colonie in the river sand banks that exist in the river mouth

Thanks Single D,you dont imagine the time i spend taking hundreds of photos,because they dont stay quit and even so,iam not happy with the focus of these ones.
