The great cormorant

Description:

The great cormorant is a large black water bird.Males are typically larger and heavier than females.They nest in colonies near wetlands, rivers, and sheltered inshore waters.

Habitat:

Spotted in the river Douro shores.They have a colonie in the river sand banks that exist in the river mouth
