to catch the rainbow shower blooms, right about this time. june/july. weather-wise though it's also quite hot and humid. and a bit rainy.

ohtheir. you definitely have to. especially my home islandthe, the big island. the rainbow shower is definitely one of the few indicators of spring/summer that we have here since we don't have "real" seasons. in the winter there's only green leaves but right now the blossoms take over and they resemble cherry blossoms.

That's a pretty cassia...I've never seen it...one of these days I've got to get to Hawaii!
