This monkey was kept to entertain visitors at a resort in Coca, Ecuador. It is also frequently seen (or at least, as frequently as you see anything in the rainforest) in the rainforests of Yasuni National Park.

You have here a beautiful Squirrel monkey, not a Spider monkey. Spider monkeys are larger than Squirrel monkeys :)
