Welcome to Project Noah crew150!
Are both photos of the same plant? The first looks like the leaves of Morning Glory http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mornin... but the other looks unrelated to that species.
In general, we prefer that photos are taken of organisms in their natural environment, & a series of photos (for instance one of the overall plant so we can see the growth habit, close ups of the leaves & any flowers) make ID easier. We would also appreciate it if you could provide a brief description & complete the habitat box with the location where the organism was spotted spotted as that also helps with ID.
