TINY lizard... there have been a lot of these getting into our apartment. Found the cat playing with this one (I put it outside).
Looks recently hatched, I suspect an adult has laid the eggs in your apartment if you have lots. It does not have gecko-type feet for clinging to walls or ceilings so is probably terrestial or arboreal.
