Looks like a Pholiota squarrosa (Scaly Pholiota), but these are native to US and Europe.
More possible would be the Leucopholiota decorosa (Decorated Pholiota).
But it could also be an Armillaria (Hoeney Fungi).

This was along the trails of The ascent to the summit of Mt. Dulang-dulang in Bukidnon.
