Hello ArgyBee, the photo is taken at Punta Tombo, a protected coastal area in Patagonia, Argentina. There nestles the largest colony of Magellanic penguins (Spheniscus magellanicus) but also an abundance of guanacos in the area.
Super photo kozoga. Is that in some National Park? It looks interesting location.
