I agree. Sorry for the first miss read. You have a good eye. I am still a novice at reading photos from Project Noah. Much easier in the field with live things. Thanks for helping me get better.

This seems to be a flame skimmer, after comparing the two.

You may be right; I may have misread the Pterostigma (colored cell at the end wing) in the first photo. Here is the difference Neon has color next to the body and dark Pterostigma at the tip of the wing. http://bugguide.net/node/view/36801
Flame skimmer has a larger stripe of color on the wing and the color extends along the front edge. http://bugguide.net/node/view/84840 Your last photo looks more in line with a Flame. I will put up the other and you research and choose.
