A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Small Planthopper of the Family Cixidae, 5 mm in length. This one is bark colored and has a light stripe down the dorsal side. The head is peculiar, with a flattened face structure (pictures 4 and 5) giving the entire head a triangular shape from the underside. The beak extends past the thorax on the underside (picture 6).
