/Cebu/-o-found it atta my backyard in growing tea..errr dunno what kind of plant it is... counted 4 adults and..er maybe 5little beetles.

yup.i think one and only in our country, i really like this beetle because of its coloration and for being docile...hoping this little beetles survives today's rainy season...
These are wonderful pictures of a Metallic Shield Bug species. They are also called Jewel Bugs.
It is from the Family Scutelleridae. I don't know what your specific species is but it is beautiful.
