Aiolopus thalassinus
The grasshopper belongs to the family Acrididae. The insects occur in a green and a brown form. Wing covers are darker than the body and it has a prominent lighter to white stripe on the leading lower edge, up to about half the length of the wings.
In the garden of a cold spring resort. The garden is at the edge of a tropical rain forest.
