Open forests in elevation of over 6000 ft.
Spotted in Tahoe National Forest. There are about 3 to 4 species of chipmunks. Lodgepole, Merriam's,Least & Allen's. Since this was the only shot I could get before it took off I couldn't get enough to ID it.
