Please don't take this the wrong way, but frogs all over the world are being killed off by a type of fungus. If there were once captive critters near that screen aquarium top, it need to be fully bleached (and sun dried then rinsed)before using it with wild amphibians, or with turtles

The only one I could think it would be that comes close is the
Rana pretiosa

The first frog I saw in the PNW was this frog.
They range from brown to reddish color
