moxyrobot. very few missions distribute patches. Many people confuse Category and Mission. Most patches (the "Specialist" ones) are awarded when you submit a given number of spottings into a Category (mammals, reptiles, etc.). Other patches (tadpole, cub, etc.) are awarded for a number of spottings on any Category.
Cute bug! BTW how'd you get your mission badges? I joined several missions and contributed several spottings but the only one i got was Mushroom Mapping. please help
