is there a way to identify this between Silphium perfoliatum and Silphium integrifolium?

I think this is rosinweed, not indian cup. The leaves appear to be borderline perfoliate, but not nearly as much as in indian cup (http://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/prai... or http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/g... for photos of the strongly perfoliate leaves).
