A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Found this one cruising on a corn stalk in my friend's garden. I don't know that I've ever seen a non-spotted lady bug in this area - or at all.
Karen, now that Allison has taken the time to help you identify this lady bug, please can you see if you agree with the suggestion & if you do to update the spotting with the correct details in edit. BTW, Simon has given you good advice, we do expect our members to behave courteously & respectfully towards each other on Project Noah.
Karen L 'L' I've flagged this due to your response to a clearly open and innocent comment. There was no need for your abrupt response. There are many people on Project Noah from many nationalities and backgrounds. We're all nature lovers so a little humanity wouldn't go a miss.

Actually "where are they gone" (my mistake). Then no I do not have the exact answer but this the closest I could get from a relevant answer:

The adult is highly variable in color and pattern. In the east, the elytra (hard shiny wing cases) range from orange to red, with many to no black spots.
I hope this help. Bonne chance dans votre recherche!
Yes, Allison, where they gone ?? Clearly, you're not the one with the answer. Is there someone out there with knowledge of this beetle ?
