Hi Lisa, I think this looks a lot like a Sawfly larva. Sawfly are a type of wasp and their larvae resemble caterpillars (with some differences). I am not sure of the species and it can be very difficult to identify them but at least it is somewhere to begin:

It's also possible that this could be some sort of beetle larva. Do you have any other images of this organism?
