Oriental garden lizard(Female with eggs)

Calotes versicolor

Description:

size 15-18cm in length.. brownish olive above with two small groups of spines and a dorsal crest moderately elevated..males develop bright red colored head to attract females.

Habitat:

it was resting on a Devil's Ivy near human habitation..

Notes:

on a closer examination you can find its lower part of the body is filled with eggs.
