Gulf Coast Toad

Bufo nebulifer

Description:

A brownish flat toad. Broad dark stripe down each side of dorsum, each with light stripes just above. Light stripe down the middle of the back. Bufo nebulifer grows to an adult size of 2-4 in.

Habitat:

Moist areas near grass where cavities under driveways exist for them to hide during the day.
