Flying Ant

Habitat:

On a hot evening in Carcassonne Sth France these creatures are coming into the house from somewhere. Can't find out where, but if they are termites, we need to do something about it...

Does anyone know if this is a flying ant or a termite?

Ce sont des fourmis volantes, reconnaissables entre autre à leurs antennes coudées, comme celles de leurs cousines, les guêpes. Les termites ont les antennes droites et le thorax nettement divisé en 3 segments.
