Worm-skink (Two-clawed?)

Anomalopus leuckartii?

Lizard about 30cm in length, tiny legs only on front, colouring silver grey with mother-of-pearl sheen, fast moving slider. Tiny black eyes, very silky almost greasy to touch (although it is completely dry), very strange sensation. Help with accurate ID welcome as this fails to fit available images and consultants for accurate ID. The tiny legs can just be seen in these images.

Thanks Mark. I'm surprised they still have legs that are virtually useless now, suppose they will disappear with evolutionary time - or will they go the other way...?. I often come across these fellows.

Super find. Those legs won't last long... another few 10 thousand years maybe?
