Description:

Large leafs twenty to twenty eight inches long. Heart shape at base. Silvery underneath. Hard wood. Thirty to forty feet high. Silvery bark. White flowers with purple center. Sickly sweet scent. Cones look like ardachoke. When ripe turns pinkish and red seeds fall out.

Habitat:

Likes to have wet roots. Sun.

All your pictures show characteristics indicative of umbrella magnolia, I do not see the leaf lobes of big-leaf.
