Well, we have a few blueberries, and I agree that's what it looks like to me also. The larger leaves make me think Highbush Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) but there is also V. darrowii, and V. myrsinites. Now the Lyonia species (Staggerbush) are very similar but to me they seem to have shorter rounder flowers.
