Brachydiplax chalybea
This is a dragonfly that i found on the tree in my backyard. It is a male of Brachydiplax chalybea. Most of it body is blue, but both sides of it thorax is brownish. The size of this dragonfly is about 35 mm in length.
- Around the pond and garden.
- This is a dragonflies in the family Libellulidae. Males are blue in color with dark patches, while females are brown in color. Thanks to Mr. C.Y. Choong for the ID.
