hundreds of these "shrimp" like creatures, 1 to 2cm. prefers the shadows

Im calling these critters Sand Shrimp, as that is the closest looking picture and description I could find. Anyone is welcome to correct me. Thanks

Some form of sand flea. My references does not mention it since it might be classified as a sea creature. Being on an inter tidal zone it gets a bit hazy.
