Unknown Spotting

Description:

This insect was about three eights of an inch long. The head of this insect looked a little furry. It's wings were a medium brown color. It's wings were also transparent, and I could also see it's wing veins. The end of it's abdomen, was pointed. It's abdomen, was divided into segments. The color of it's head and abdomen, were medium and dark brown.

Habitat:

Resting on a window sill, that's inside my house.

Notes:

On March 2, 2,015, I was cleaning the window sills, that were inside my house. On one particular window sill, I found three different insects. I'm not sure, but this looks like a small Moth to me?
