Small White

Pieris rapae

Description:

Caterpillars eat cabbages, kale, radish, broccoli and a few other plants from graden. Sometimes they can be a real pest.

Habitat:

I see this butterfly in our garden, on road sides and on the fields. "It is widespread and populations are found across Europe, North Africa, Asia, and Great Britain. It has also been accidentally introduced to North America, Australia and New Zealand where it causes damage to cultivated cabbages and other mustard family crops." (wikipedia)

Notes:

I had to chase him for a while. I think they become tired after a while and then it's your chance to take a photo.
