Storeria dekayi
Small, tan snake with two rows of dark brown spots down its back. This snake was approximately 10-12 cm long.
Habitat: Spotted along the bank of a river in a deciduous forest. We spotted 2 of them (not together). This one showed no fear and let me hold it for several minutes.
