On the way to Rohthang pass which is at 3900 meters above mean sea level, you'll find diverse range of flowering plants growing on the slopes. This is one among many which grows there on hilly rainy terrain.

Wow! Amazing spotting chimetsetan. Blue poppies are like the holy grail to see in the wild for plant people like myself. Do you have any more photos of it? Not 100% sure on the species.
