Not exactly sure which species this is~either the Flame Skimmer or the Cardinal Meadowhawk. I am leaning towards the Meadowhawk because the base wings do not have the rust color that all Flame Skimmers I have seen do. This guy here just seems to have a bigger abdomen than most Mhawks though... keeping this one up for positive ID.
